We exclusively use organic | natural ingredients. We exclusively use grass-fed meat, free-range chicken, eggs & dairy products. We exclusively use organic certified gluten-free flour. All of our products are gluten-free, free of refined sugar, yeast, soy, oat, trans-fat, canola oil, MSGs, artificial flavors, additives, preservatives and artificial sweeteners. Our pickles are pickled in our homemade, probiotic-rich brine. Our bread is yeast-free, sourdough, and slow baked daily on our premises. Our products are free of refined sugar which is replaced by organic premium coconut crystals (low glycemic index, contains minerals, naturally produced and unbleached), molasses, raw honey, dates or fruits. Our ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard are completely organic, free of yeast, sugar, high fructose corn syrup and contain apple cider vinegar. We exclusively use toxic-free cookware, bakeware and utensils. We exclusively use toxic -free, eco-friendly and 100% compostable packaging. We have a state-of-the-art water filtration system for a 5 stage, ultra-filtered water. All of our kitchen, cleaning and washing detergents are certified non-toxic and food-safe.


What is gluten? Gluten (from Latin meaning “glue”) is a protein composite found in foods processes from wheat and related grain species, including barley and rye. Gluten is a food toxin that inhibits digestion and triggers inflammation in intestines, blood and organs. Gluten intolerance is highly prevalent as 84% of people suffer from its effect. It is still an under-diagnosed condition; however awareness is on the rise. Common effects of gluten on the body are bloating, weight gain, diarrhea, constipation, mal-absorption of minerals and vitamins, fatty liver, hormonal imbalance in both men and women, hair loss, multiple skin conditions, respiratory problems, migraine and an increases risk of sports injuries.


The term “organic” refers to the way agricultural products are grown and processes. Organic crops must be grown in safe soil, have no modifications and must remain separate from conventional products. Farmers are not allowed to use synthetic pesticides, bioengineered genes (GMOs), petroleum-based fertilizers, and sewage sludge-based fertilizers. Organic livestock must have access to the outdoors and be given organic feed. They may not be given antibiotics, growth hormones, or any animal by-products. Organic foods are higher in nutrients and are free from neuro-toxins that damage brain and nerve cells. They also reduce exposure to antibiotics and hormones that find their way into the animal and ultimately into you. Organic milk and meat are higher in omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) which are heart-healthy fats that can help lower bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol.


MSG or mono-sodium glutamate, is a non-essential amino acid that is added to foods — most commonly Chinese and fast food — to enhance flavor by balancing and rounding the perception of other tastes. More than 75% of supermarket products contain MSG. Adverse effects linked to the regular consumption of MSG include obesity, diabetes, eye damage, headaches, fatigue, disorientation, depression, numbness, burning sensation, tingling, facial pressure and tightness, chest pain or difficulty breathing, nausea, rapid heartbeat, drowsiness and weakness. Trans fatty acids or trans fats are formed by partial hydrogenation of vegetable and marine oils or by bacterial activity in the rumen of ruminants. Their side effects include colon cancer, depression, heart disease and infertility.
